I have been building AMD and Intel pc's for 10 years and with
comparable cpu and case cooling this Clarkdale i3-530 runs as cool as
anything i have had with similar processing power under load.

Sandy Bridge with a 32nm GPU (vs current 45nm GPU) should run slightly
cooler.
