An overnight mem check is probably in order, though sometimes you have to run the tests even longer to show up problems.

It could also be a thermal problem, make sure things are getting cooled properly, no dust buildup or other impediments to 
good airflow etc.

You might also re-seat the DIMMs, that never hurts.
