System events are defined per-machine.  You have to set them up 
independently on each machine you want to respond to system events.  
Mythbackend, mythfrontend, and mythjobqueue will all handle running the 
events.  Events are only triggered once per machine, so if you have 
multiple of those applications running simultaneously, only one of them 
will be tasked to handling the event.
