The player can download using http and play any file format that
MythMusic supports so if there is a file that can be downloaded
somewhere then MythMusic should be able to play it.

Other streaming formats similar to shoutcast would need a input/output
handler written to handle the streaming from the server and parse the
result so it can be passed to the decoders.
