I run version 260 of the drivers, and noticed pretty bad tearing on HD
recordings with fast motion (baseball playoffs) until I disabled the
composite extension.  However, I did the other things suggested on the
wiki at the same time, so I'm not sure if one of the other things
alone would have worked.
