[mythtv-users] Harmony help!

So I bought my Harmony 600, £48.33 inc p&p from Novatech, and it looks like just 
what we need.

Unfortunately, I can't seem to make any sense out of the website. I get 
instructed to go to http://logitech.com/myharmony and I get redirected to here:

http://www.logitech.com/en-us/494/3806?wt.mc_id=usym_redirect_/myharmony

Nothing useful. WTF?
So I enter "login" in the search window to try and see if it brings up anything 
relevant, I get this page:

http://www.logitech.com/en-us/search?q=login&isSupport=1

WTF?

I have managed to register my product, and got a comfirmation email. This, 
however, does not apparently give me any kind of login to be able to program the 
damn thing.

Is there anyone, preferably in the UK, who can help me access the correct 
location to get myself properly registered and the correct data downloaded? I 
have already installed the concordance software this end. No, I do not have 
access to a Windows machine.
