    It sounds like you are only running one backend job and not really taking
full advantage of your hardware. The commflagger will only use one CPU (or
part of it).

    Set up your main box to do more than one flagging job at once.

    Set up another box on your network to do commflagging jobs to deal with
this backlog.

     My main desktop box is set up to do jobs and pick up the slack for my
backend boxes.
