[mythtv-users] error using release-0-24-fixes

I seemed to have gotten further than I did with the 23 release, but now I'm
getting an "error opening c:/MinGW/mingw32/include/sched_h.patch for
writing: No such file or directory."

This, of course, is when running the win32-packager.pl file.

Anyone else having this issue yet?
