It's a fresh install as of last night.

#uname -a
  2.6.32.21-168.fc12.i686.PAE #1 SMP Wed Sep 15 16:18:39 UTC 2010 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

Might have to downgrade to non PAE since there seems to be a problem trying to install the nvidia drivers.
I believe the command was 'yum install kmod-nvidia*' but need to confirm it in my notes.

Should be ok, it was matched with the mainboard and brand new with the case as well. Who knows though, could be.

Right now, I found that if I don't have Plug and Play OS enabled in the BIOS, it can see the 1600 card again but now I seem to have an IRQ issue to resolve. It's pretty weird how much bad luck I'm having with this.
