[mythtv-users] Will a 0.23.1 frontend be compatible with 0.23-fixes backends?

Wrong term.  All development on MythTV is done on trunk.  At some point, 
trunk is frozen, followed by branching, release candidates, final 
release, and maintenance.  'release-0-23-fixes' revision 24158 is a 
snapshot almost 400 revisions before the final release.
