No ideas sofar.

Although an ex-colleague of mine who's in the same field of hobby 
vaguely recalled reading something about tv-vlaanderen introducing new 
encoding schemes. But there is nothing substantiative.

But channels like MGM or National Geographic do work allright.

Also the channels play just fine on my dedicated satellite receiver.
