Amarok does a fine job all but 18 of my CDs got cover art - do they do it 
all legally? They also mine Google Images for some part of it, and 
somewhere on their website talk about not  using Amazon API at the moment 
since they need to upgrade from the old one, so there are legal resources 
out there.
