No -- the GUI has two fields, one for the IP address of the HDHomeRun
and another for the tuner number, that are available once manual
configuration is selected in the "Available Devices" menu. After you
have entered both there is a read-only field in the same screen that
displays something like 10.10.13.13-0 if, for example, IP address
10.10.13.13 and tuner 0 have been entered. 10.10.13.13-0 is what
mythtv-setup finally enters into the database.

It really looks like a bug. I think the Release Notes for the release
are a good place to document an issue like this. I'll see if it can be
added.
