Ahhh.  Yes, if this is the case, I can see what you mean.  No point in
re-encoding to AC3.  But I don't know what processing could be

I did notice the "Player(0): Forcing decode extra audio option on (Video
method requires it)." which appears to be indicating what you are
referring to but I'm not sure and why it would be.
