When I upgraded my laptop from trunk 0.24 to RC2....

use synaptic to remove ALL mythtv components

I had to repoint updates to the PPA repository and refresh the apt
cache (apt-get update)

then I used Synaptic to install Myth 0.24

and I got a post 27xxx build

However; I have not updated my live system as I have visitors over and
stability is key until they leave (not to mention F1 finale this
weekend).
