[mythtv-users] Problem after upgrade

recently my mythbuntu box told me there we updates and caused me to upgrade from .22 to .23 using avenards repos....everything appeared to go fine...however now when i try to watch something on the frontend which is the same box as the back end i am getting the following message. 

mythfrontend.re[2138]: segfault at d4000001 ip 00007faee43ae73c sp 00007fff9f5b4070 error 4 in libQtCore.so.4.5.2[7faee4355000+22d000]
