Ah, you're using a DVB card, so there is no support for external channel 
change script.  In that case, your options are to modify the MythTV 
source, or just set up some log-watching program to send the proper PIN.

are among the available log-watching apps.  Just have it look for the 
PIN required message and run a script that sends the PIN in response.
