with two on/off buttons and VNC access to X11 is A LOT simpler to
handle IMHO :)

Even though I probably could do it with some chroot, change of library
patches, running several databases in parallel, keeping track of
several .mythtv directories, etc, then I really don't think it's worth
the effort with the hardware available today. I'm running ~5-6 virtual
servers on my homeserver and it is nowhere near reaching its limits.
