I include MythStream in MiniMyth. For MythTV 0.22, you need MythStream
r21640
<http://home.kabelfoon.nl/~moongies/sw9vc4htz2/mythstream_mythtv-r21640.tar.gz>
along with some patches
<http://code.google.com/p/minimyth/source/browse/#svn/trunk/gar-minimyth/script/myth-0.22/mythstream/files>
(everything except mythstream-mythtv-r21640.patch.gar). Therefore, if
you are willing to build it yourself, then you should be able to get it
to work with MythTV 0.22.
