Definitely.  Analog scanning when you have a listings provider that 
provides full information for analog channels can only cause problems 
with your setup (such as duplicate channels or mis-matched 
channels/channel info).

I highly recommend doing the video sources portion of: 
http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/mythtv/users/264034#264034 to 
clean up the post-scanning channel information and to get new (good) 
information properly from Schedules Direct.
