Not yet.  Although I did get the 'letter' from Comcast in my last bill
telling me that only Basic Cable channels (essentially re-broadcast
OTA) would be available in clear QAM soon.  I believe the cutoff date
was sometime in May.  Perhaps somebody jumped the gun in your area?
