Sadly, from what I can find, it's not a fanless, but have seen reports 
that it's not very loud.

Of course, I can't find a model listed on the Fry's web site, but the 
rebate form shows vcggt2201xpb.

This looks like it might be perfect for my mythbox.  From what I can 
tell, as long as the card supports HDMI 1.3a, one should be able to use 
the card as an HDMI/digital 'sound card'.  Is this assumption correct?
