[mythtv-users] Cannot Import DVD

Only anyDVD seems to reliably rip DVD's these days.  The libdvdcss looks to
be 5 years out of date, and doesn't handle new copy protection schemes like
chapter table corruption, etc.

The disc probably uses an unhandled copy protection scheme.
