[mythtv-users] How do you stop automatic commercial flagging?

First I wanted to stop it completely to see if it fixes my issue. Did
this by modifying the jobs to turn it off. If it fixes it, I would like
to run commflagging only when no recordings are happening. Preferably
between midnight and 6am. Not sure if that's possible. 

I suppose a script could be written to kick off commflagging for
recordings for the previous day and run that from cron.
