[mythtv-users] WinTV HVR 4000: bug in Mythbuntu 9.10 status

Hello!

I'm afraid to already know the answer to the following question, but
just to make sure:

With regards to Mythbuntu 9.10 64 bit (the distribution I use) does
anybody know whether or not the bug reported here:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/mythbuntu/+bug/439163?comments=all has been
fixed by (at least) one of the 4/5 kernel updates released so far?
The (driver) problem afflicted DVB-T tuning of a few Hauppauge cards,
including the HVR 4000.
