[mythtv-users] ComCast Champaign finally transmitting scte56 codes

I have noticed in my playing that over the past few days:

* Version numbers changed from 13 to 15.
* tables are on multiple frequencies
* tables are transmit sporadically. One minute, they're on 573000000Hz, the next, they aren't. The next, they are.

* PSIP tables are also sporadic. One moment there, next not, next incomplete.


So keep your eyes peeled.
