[mythtv-users] JYA release repo + jaunty problems with mythbackend starting

Well for me the job exists and works. But the upstart config is pretty lousy:

 * there is no (working) sync with the network, the devices should be
up before the server starts
   (otherwise network drives fail first and the server waits ages for
scanning the directories)
 * there is no sync with mysql, mythbackend starts and complains five
times in a row, that the
   database is down.
 * even the client is startet up, when the server is still in this broken state
