I had a problem with tuners and video cards working together that I
fixed by adding "vmalloc=512m" to the grub boot command. The change goes
into /etc/default/grub:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="vmalloc=512m"

Search for "vmalloc" in the mail list archives.
