My apologies about the vagueness - when you mentioned that there was
an issue in Testing, I assumed you'd seen the same problem.

The error I was getting was something along the lines of "Kernel
Module nVidia Failed to Load".

Updating again this morning appears to have fixed the drivers problem,
both my frontends now boot and VDPAU is working.

Unfortunately, something is wrong with either the new drivers or
MythFrontend in Trunk - starting with the OpenGL ThemePainter gives:

2010-06-27 03:22:28.869 Using Frameless Window
2010-06-27 03:22:28.870 Using Full Screen Window
2010-06-27 03:22:29.700 Using the OpenGL painter
2010-06-27 03:22:29.748 Failed to create OpenGL painter. Check your
OpenGL installation.
QGLContext::makeCurrent(): Cannot make invalid context current.
2010-06-27 03:22:29.748 OpenGL: Deleting OpenGL Resources
QGLContext::makeCurrent(): Cannot make invalid context current.

Followed by a segfault.

If I start with the Qt painter, everything works fine, except that on
playback, I see the menu background instead of video until I pause and
unpause the video.
