[mythtv-users] After upgrad 0.21 -> 0.22, backend randomly hangs

I've just had this happen again with 0.23.0+fixes25119-0ubuntu0+mythbuntu2.

One interesting thing in the backend log is:

Driver error was [2/1062]:
QMYSQL3: Unable to execute statement
Database error was:
Duplicate entry '3003-2010-06-29 01:08:00-0' for key 'PRIMARY'

There's also a zero byte recording for a program, but the backend log
doesn't mention starting to record it.
