[mythtv-users] How can I get VNC to start on a machine reboot?

Sorry, I think you may have misunderstood my problem. I already have
x11vnc up and running and this has been working for years. I can
connect nicely to the remote MythTV box and use the X session on :0
the navigate menus etc.

What I can't do is watch any video over it. If I play a recording all
I see is a blank blue screen. Everything else works. So my question
isn't how to run x11vnc, it's how to run it in a way that I can see
video (for example to do editing as per your earlier post).
