[mythtv-users] Video Storage Groups folder.jpg functionality

It wasn't working for me, either, until I realized I had to change Folder.jpg to folder.jpg. Moreover, I think you must exit mythvideo and reenter. "Scan for changes" wouldn't hurt, either.
