Confirmed. Checking BBC1 (all 19 variants I receive on DVB-T/S), I
have good seriesid and programid data for a test programme picked at
random with trunk @ r24315 (about 4 weeks old). I can't confirm or
deny the same for 0.23-fixes.

When did you last do a full scan of channels? Handing of EIT has been
improved (default authority detection for example) but it does rely on
the correct DVB parameters being in the database - and the best way to
get these is to carry out a full scan after you've upgraded.
