In that case, the scanning behavior has changed from 0.21 to 0.22, 
however it has never been automatic.  In 0.21, MythVideo would perform a 
scan whenever you went into the video manager, however you still had to 
manually enter it.  There was no automatic scan being performed in the 
background.
