IMDb does not allow scrapers to access their website, so 0.22 migrated 
this functionality to TMDB.  The video manager has been all but removed, 
now nothing more than another view accessible in MythVideo.  Metadata 
can be pulled through the 'i' menu, or through the 'w' shortcut.
