If you mean that you want to select a single track,  and have
MythMusic play that track and all the tracks below it then I don't
think MythMusic does that.

You have to select all the tracks that you want played.  (If you
select an Album or an Artist then multiple tracks get selected).

You can select a single track. Start it playing and then go back to
your music collection and start adding tracks, which will then
automatically play in the order that you added them.

Personally I prefer this to the Ipod way (which I think is what you
were expecting) but you might feel differently.
