[mythtv-users] Problems with clean install

No need to renter the device or whatever. The error refers to the default
start channel when starting LiveTV, when you first setup the card/video
source connection and scan for new channels it often doesn't have the
default channel set to a valid channel number.

The setting is in
 - myth-setup
 - 4. Input Connections, 
 - <Chose a Connection>
 - "Starting Channel"

Set it for each connection.

Also LiveTV won't start if the connection has an invalid channel number.
