[mythtv-users] Problems with clean install

My myth install which I have had for around 5 years went horribly
wrong so I decided to start from scratch.  I have installed mythubuntu
9.10.  I followed all the instructions and set up the 2 Nova-T DVB
cards as 'DVB DTV capture card (3.x)' and managed to successfuly scan
and find the channels.

The devices for the cards are:
/dev/dvb/adapter0/frontend0
/dev/dvb/adapter1/frontend0

When exit mythtv-setup I get a warning saying:

Card 1 (type DVBInput) is set to start on channel Please add, which
does not exist.
Card 2 (type DVBInput) is set to start on channel Please add, which
does not exist.
Card 3 (type DVBInput) is set to start on channel Please add, which
does not exist.

Not sure what this means, cant find where to set start channel and !
only have 2 cards.I answer 'no, I know what I am doing'.

There however seems to be some type of problems with the cards, I cant
Watch TV and I get the following in the backend log:
