[mythtv-users] Hauppauge WinTV Nova-T PCI Setup for 0.22

I have the above card, 'lspci | grep Conexant' gives me.

I have recently upgraded from 0.21 to 0.22.  I had re re-setup my
video sources but not I get the following when I restart my back end.
