It's not missing the break.  It knows there's a break, but according to
the flag list, the break goes until the end of the recording.  MythTV
refuses to automatically skip any commercial break that would cause it
to skip to the end of the show (where you have no chance to rewind/...).

So, all it's missing is the end of the final commercial break (which may
or may not be in the recording), and that's likely due to the fact that
the amount of show you have at the end (due to the way the networks
structure commercials these days) is sufficiently small that it looks
like a commercial, itself.

Solution: skip/jump/ffwd/...
