[mythtv-users] all recorders off-line?

Last night I had a problem that turned out to be a flaky network cable.
In the process of diagnosing this, I deleted all my capture cards and
re-added them, a procedure that all of us Myth veterans have gone
through many times. But now my system is completely broken. All tuners
show "currently not connected" in the status page, and all upcoming
recordings are flagged "F" (recorder off-line). I have restarted
mythbackend, re-run mythfilldatabase (guide data looks fine), and even
rebooted the machine, all to no avail. I have three different tuner
types (PVR-500 ivtv, HDPVR, and HDHOMERUN) and all are showing the same
issue. Other methods of checking the tuners show they are working (the
"cat" test produces playable files for the ivtv and HDPVR tuners, and
the hdhomerun_config shows there is good connectivity to the HDHOMERUN).
The backend startup log doesn't show any errors. I am at a complete
loss. Anything I can do to debug this? Do I have to resort to restoring
my database from backup or is there a way to poke the MySQL database to
fix this?

I am running:
# svn info

...so I haven't changed the software in quite a while.

Thanks in advance,
--Greg
