This is what I have installed -

ii  libglu1-mesa                         7.6.0-1ubuntu4
             The OpenGL utility library (GLU)
ii  libqt4-opengl                        4.5.3really4.5.2-0ubuntu1
             Qt 4 OpenGL module

The tarball that I installed is blue-abstract-wide.2009.12.31.tar
