It certainly seems like it should be. I know most of the liquid-cooling setups 
include a cooler for the video card, but I'm not advocating liquid cooling 
setups, unless your goal is to impress your gamer friends. Generally liquids 
and electronics are a poor combination, if air cooling is adequate I see no 
reason to move to anything else.

I've seen some after-market fans offered, but I have no way to know if they are 
just the same junk the OEMs use. If it said Rotron or Papst on it I'd probably 
give it a try.

But I'm not aware of any such device that's reliably highly-rated, if anyone 
knows of such an animal please enlighten me and all of us here.
