I really like the Sony PS3 Bluetooth Remote and use them for all my 
frontends now.  It has a good quality feel to it and plenty of buttons.

On the downside it doesn't have proper labelled buttons for volume 
up/down/mute or record.  Obviously is easy to change the bindings and 
use some of the many other keys instead but its one more thing to have 
to explain to the family or guests.

It also gets through batteries quickly so a battery charger is recommended.
