Those are 3rd-party themes that the author hasn't updated.  You can look 
at a themeinfo.xml from a "real" theme (one that's actually distributed 
with Myth) to see what it looks like and I'm sure you can create one for it.

Note, however, that the theme engine was changed significantly after 
MythTV 0.21, so for non-OSD themes (bando-blue, perhaps?), it's quite 
likely that the theme has all sorts of other problems, too.  (I haven't 
tried it, though, so I can't say for sure.)

The OSD theme engine will be completely replaced soon, too (likely after 
0.23, but before 0.24).  At that point, the OSD themes will need redone, 
too.
