Yes, correct.

 Are you sure you're not seeing this bug:

I didn't know that bug.
Going to check it out.

Anyway I don't think is my case. Right now I can't check out the
recording. When it happens, I immediately delete the
bad recording. 

I had the same problem with myth 0.21, and it always happens with 
the same recording rules.
