Oh yes.
Plus, the Atom is a really weak CPU in purely computational terms.
Add to that the fact that the Intel GPU isn't going to take up enough
of the slack even if you had a Linux driver as good as the Windows ones.

Run a transcode on the Atom box and compare it to your others.
