[mythtv-users] Getting Screenshots via jump snapshot

I've tried capturing screenshots using the "jump snapshot" jump point via
the telnet command port 6546.  Each time I do, I get the error message:

2010-02-14 11:34:31.280 MythMainWindow::screenShot Failed!

Can anyone give me pointers on how to use this feature?  I'm running trunk
with a combined FE/BE.
