Another exception is Staples.
I don't think that I've ever missed on any of theirs and the normal return is about a month.
Then there is TIger Direct.... don't even bother.
I can't understand why "good" vendors like Newegg would even ofter MIRs from no show companys 
like MSI.. Certainly the PO factor can not help but hurt them on future business.
