[mythtv-users] Lowering picture brightness

I have a show that is too dark so I used the picture controls to turn up 
the brightness.  Now all of my other recordings are too bright and I'd 
like to lower it.  However, when I go into the picture controls 
on-screen for brightness, I can only turn it up, not down.  I press my 
down arrow key thinking that would lower this value, but it actually 
increases.

How do I lower this via this menu?
